Just a quick word about Babyandteen.com. I recently ordered a Britax cover for my roundabout. The item appeared to be in stock and I got order confirmation. Under their shipping page it says the item should go out in 2-3 days from date of order. Two weeks later I send e-mail with no reply. I then make the long distance phone call to speak to them and they tell me it should GO OUT next Wednesday! My baby has outgrown her Snug Ride, my RA has no cover.... this is a HUGE pain to me, not to mention bad customer service.

Thanks for the heads up! How frustrating that some companies just can't get their acts together. Did you have to pay for shipping? I would definitely complain, loudly!

Yes, I complained and I did indeed pay for shipping. I shop a lot and I order online several times a week. The competition is doing a much better job than this company!!
