The music box on our Symphony In Motion Mobile had a piece that broke, so we contacted Tiny Love to ask for a replacement part. Not only did a customer service rep call us back to make sure she was sending the right one, but they sent a whole new music box (instead of just the piece that broke) within a few days. I was very impressed with their customer service. My DD loves all of her Tiny Love toys - I just thought I'd share what great service they have!
