i'd love to hear from anyone who had a return/exchange or high ticket item purchase. i'm thinking about ordering a prima pappa, but i see in the 'fine print' if you have a problem with your item, your refund is minus the 'free shipping' (and you pay return freight). i could see this being a nightmare in the event of a lost package, a defective exchange, etc....
