Please post your opinion about babycenterplus membership

I'm considering purchasing a babycenterplus membership ($25 per year).
Does anybody have an experience with it?
When do you get 10% off and free shipping - is it immediately after you pay for your membership or later?
When exactly do you get 2 15% discounts - do you choose when or they will tell you?
How is your overall experience with babycenter - I mean shipping time, damaged products, etc.

I just joined the babycenter membership because I am looking to buy a Britax Marathon and will use the coupon for that.

After you buy your membership, you should receive a welcome e-mail with a coupon code in it--which I did not get and am now in a correspondance w/ customer service to get the coupon code.

I'll let you know how quickly I resolve the issue.
