I've been waiting for over a month for a zippy stroller from strollers4less.com. Every time I've called I get a message on their answering machine that the mailbox is full, so i can't leave a message. I use their contact email through the site, but it's not a very satisfactory way of communicating my displeasure especially since they have charged me for an item that has not arrived and they do not know what has happend to the order. Anyway, just thought I would state my gripe with them. I REALLY wish I had used arunningstroller.com (thought I had, but got the names mixed up).

Since you've already been charged and not received anything, I would go ahead and call your credit card company and tell them you are disputing the charge. If it goes past 90 days from the date of charge, you're stuck. Maybe if you tell strollers4less.com that you are disputing the charge they'll get their act together!!!

That's terrible customer service on their part, I hope everything works out for you!
