Then they are a wonderful place to shop. They are in the Chicago area where I live and they are a great family store. I think the story goes (but don't quote me), this family owned a successful hardware store (still does). They had a baby and bought a COMBI stroller. They loved it so much they asked Combi if they could sell their strollers. And so they have been an account for a long time and are very reputable and very nice to deal with.

If you call them, I'm sure they are very helpful on the phone.
