Just wanted to post a good experience with Babyuniverse's customer service. I ordered a Kidco gate and 3 extensions from them. One of the extensions arrived with a missing endcap, which I don't think was Babyuniverse's fault because the extension seemed to be new in box. It seemed to be a manufacturing problem more than anything. Anyway, I called their customer service to report this, and they shipped me a new extension immediately at no additional charge, which was nice of them.
