Just wanted to post this in case someone was thinking of using this site. Back in the fall of 2003 I ordered an item from them for $133.00 - it was backordered & after waiting awhile decided to cancel my order. They said no problem & that was the end of it....until July when I'm looking at my c.c. statement & there is charge from them on July 13 for 133.00! I called them & said what is this for? They looked in their records & told me for an item I ordered in October 2003 which I said I cancelled, they then acknowledged my order was cancelled but it had not been sent thru to their finance people - huh? Anyway, they said they'd credit me the charge. That was weeks ago & still no credit (although I know these things take time) so I tried to call them again, leaving several messages & an email. Nothing, no response! At this point I am pursuing it with my credit card company. Just wanted to forewarn anyone thinking of using this website.
