I was wondering if anyone could suggest a website that gives information on acceptable sleeping positions for babies regarding SIDS. I know babies should sleep on their backs, but my 7 1/2 month old son turns over to lay on his tummy each time I put him in his crib. He had reflux really bad when he was younger and had to sleep in a sitting position, so he doesn't like to sleep laying down much anyway. I was hoping to get him out of the swing and into the crib, but now I'm concerned about him sleeping on his tummy rather than his back. I have read that it's ok at his age since he can turn over on his own, but I would like to read more about it. Please let me know of any helpful websites.
Thanks!

If you read this Q&A, it says that 90% of SIDS deaths happen by 6 months of age, so your son is pretty much past the riskiest period.

At this age, you have much bigger worries to deal with - like babyproofing the house, yikes!!
