FINALLY got my refund from BabyUniverse.com

Well eleven emails, requesting my credit card company to step in and almost FOUR MONTHS later I finally received my refund from BabyUniverse.com for a stroller I returned. Their "Money Back Guarentee is meant to make your shopping experience enjoyable, convenient and risk-free" (direct quote from their site) is a joke. My experience with them was NOT enjoyable, NOT convenient and sure as hell NOT risk-free. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Thank goodness. I guess they just expect people to forget about it and they never intend to give money back when it is due.

Glad you finally got this resolved Jen. That was a loooooong time ago. :)
