I ordered two gates and a gate spindle adapter from Babyage.com and one of the gates (kidco elongate) came with one of the bars bent and after it arrived the invoice said the spindle part was backordered (with no estimated ship date). I was never told that anything was backordered at any point during the ordering process. I needed this part ASAP to get my gate up on my steps because my one year old can't stop walking everywhere now that he has started so I tried to cancel the order.

I tried emailing- no luck or response for days.

I tried calling for three days straight and couldn't get through.

Finally I got someone on the line to cancel my order. During this whole process I ordered online from BuyBuyBaby.com and I got the part before my original order at Babyage.com was even credited to my account.

HORRIBLE customer service and I will never order from them again.
