I was surprised to see that someone was not happy with their Little Folks experience and I am wondering if that was a fluke one-time thing. I ordered my Britax Wizard from them on Friday for $242, free shipping in Funky Denim. I received it yesterday (fast!) and it was in the manufacturer's box, in perfect condition. Manufacture date of the seat is Feb. 2005. It was in a thin plastic bag, with no padding, but isn't this how it ships from Britax and not something done by Little Folks? Anyway, I was very happy with the price, service and my overall experience.
I hope Little Folks works with those who are not satisfied, as I would like to recommend them in the future. I would definitely purchase from them again.
