I tried to purchase a pair of Elefanten dress shoes for DS in a size that was listed as in stock at kistockmontana.com. When I received an email stating that the size was no longer available, I called and asked about the shoe to see what sizes were actually in (Elefanten's going out of business, so the shoes are hard to find in every size). The manager talked to me about the shoe, and actually measured the footbed of the sizes that she had in stock. As it turns out, the smaller size that she did have was better than what I had ordered. Very nice CS!
My only beef is that the website still had my original size listed as available--they should have more up to date stock maintenance on their site.
