I recently placed an order for our new crib and mattress through iFurn.com. Well, the next morning, I had changed my mind on the crib, so I sent and email to cancel the crib order, but keep the mattress. I got a phone call a few hours later from a CS Rep to confirm my order change. Done! The mattress arrived today in great condition, and I couldn't be happier. Their prices were great, the shipping was free, and it was nice to hear a real person on the other end of the line. :)
