Has anyone bought anything from www.tinyride.com? If so, how's their service?

Many people purchase strollers from tinyride. I bought a Zooper Waltz from them and got it in 24 hours. I never had any issues, so I don't know anything about their customer service.

Our stroller came from tinyride.com.

It was sent to us as a gift.

As far as I can tell, it came about a week after it was ordered. The box was rather beat up, but otherwise the stroller was in new condition with all the expected parts. So, we haven't had to contact them to request anything... yet. ;)
