I just have to give a quick high-five to Babystyle!
I ordered my new crib from there in June, knowing it would take 8-10 weeks to ship. Well, for a while, I was showing signs of premature labor and thought the baby would beat the crib here. I emailed their customer service and explained my concern to see if there was any way to expedite the order. They not only emailed me back the same day, but also called and left a polite message. (They couldn't expedite the crib, but they did give me an exact shipping date and offered me the option to cancel the order.)
After that positive experience, I used a great coupon code and saved $175 on our nursery rocker, another 8-10 shipping time frame item. Well, I ordered on 8/14. Guess what. It will be here next Monday! That's like 2 weeks. I am so amazed.
In addition to these larger purchases I also bought my bedding from there, and I always hit the e-outlet and clean up on baby clothes and maternity items for cheap.
Adding in the 6% Ebates cashback, the frequent store coupons, and their great rewards club...I am a huge Babystyle fan! I now get free ground shipping and free gift wrap on any order through the rewards club. Soon, I will get free 2-day shipping!
Just thought I'd share my positive experience!
