I'm so pleased with the correction of an order error by the people - in this case, Colleen Cotter - at http://www.soothie-pacifier.com (which is apparently the same company as The Preemie Store) that I wanted to post...
I placed a small order for a couple of pacifier products, but when my package arrived, one item was wrong. I emailed the company over the weekend, and by Thursday, I had received - with no questions asked- the missing item. Further, they let me keep - with their apologies - the item (a pacifier) that had inadvertently been sent in the original shipment.
I'd happily order from this company again.
