After Marisa's glowing review in the "Carriers" section, I decided to try a Zolowear sling to use for hip-carrying a 14-month-old. I contacted Darien (one of the owners) via e-mail through the website (www.zolowear.com) regarding which model/fabric to go with for a 25-pound child. I had a blip on the website ordering, so called the toll-free number. The employee was very friendly and made the order very easy, even tracking down a reduced price I inquired about. The order was on a Friday and the sling arrived Monday, in perfect condition.
