I ordered three items from babysunprotection.com a month ago (on 9/25/05). I'll make a long story short for this post, and just say that it is now 10/25/05 and have heard from the company only once after 3 phone messages and 2 e-mails. They called me that one time to say "oh, sorry, we saw in our log that we haven't returned your calls. have you received your order yet? no? oh, let me check on it with the warehouse, I'll call you back." I have never heard from them again.
