Has anyone ordered onling from The Baby Outlet? Xpost

Has anyone ordered on line from thebabyoutlet.com? They sell kids clothing etc.

I put an order in 2 weeks ago, expecting 4-7 day del as stated on their site. Have not received the product and I've emailed 3+ times. They've responded twice..once last week and once this week to say simply.."the item will be shipped this week". But no explanation, no reponse to other questions etc.

I went onto NY BBB and they have a bad record..of course. Anyone else have any experiences?

Maybe I'll cross post in best and worst sites.

Any experiences/advice you can give me is greatly appreciated.

Ok, now I feel like an idiot. I just did a BBB search and all kinds of posts came up about this website. Lesson learned..I should have cked beforehand.

So now I want to know...did anyone ever receive the products they ordered from them? I'm thinking of canceling but it was only a small amount charged..and I fear that I'll still get charged and have to go through the dispute process etc.
