Their website calculated the shipping the wrong way (of course to their advantage, almost $10 more). After talking to them, they barely apologized and even though they admitted there was a malfunction, they reluctantly told me they would look into it. Who knows how many people hit the button "place order" after choosing the cheapest shipping option (ground) without realizing they charge you for the most expensive option. I hate that! And I hate they did not propose any discount, etc, to make it up to me!
