I've ordered from Jen a couple of times and always had outstanding customer service, fast shipping and great products. In fact I've got another order pending right now...an item not on the website, but I asked because other products by the manufacturer are carried and sure enough she can get it for me. :-)

I second this- bought a Skip Hop a few months back- it got delayed briefly (DS wasn't even here yet- and it was a matter of a few days only) and she discounted me 10%! Now that is service, and such a nice person!
