Do Not Order From The Baby Outlet!!!!!

I placed an order for 2 pairs of papush shoes on 10/31 with 4-7 day delivery per their website. I could have gotten them from Overstock but they were a little more expensive. These were to be slippers for my two boys and it is cold here now in the Northeast.

Well needless to say...they never came...almost 1 month later. I emailed and emailed to be told they were being shipped. Well, they were shipped 11/19 and I was told they would arrive by last Tuesday. They never came. I was charged on 11/19.

Well I get a package today and it's from The Baby Outlet and it's 2 blankets. Even though the label on the package says shoes...it also says The Baby Outlet and Overstock.com.

ARgh!!!!! I've tried to call and email and am awaiting a response. I've called my credit card company and before I can dispute I have to mail the wrong items back!!! Can you believe that?

Any advice? This have never happened to me..luckily I guess!

You're not the first person to be burned by the Baby Outlet! There have been TONS of postings here about problems with them. I ordered a stroller from them and after 6 wks of getting the runaround, I finally cancelled and complained to Bugaboo, only to find out that they aren't even authorized dealers!

We really should PIN a warning about this place!!!!

I finally had to contest the charges with my CC company to get my money back.
