I bought three from them earlier this year. I actually ordered over the phone.

My experience was good, but not stellar. They are very slow to respond to emails.

I ordered my crib from them and was very pleased - it arrived w/damage to one piece and they replaced it, no questions asked. I didn't have to show pictures of the damage or send the damaged piece back.

I bought a car seat and stroller from them. I did not have any problems and the shipping was very fast.

I bought my Combi Ultra Savvy Stroller from them earlier this year. I ordered online and emailed about the status of my order. Someone actually called me back and told me when they expected the shipment from Combi and when I should receive the stroller. They also let me change the color from carolina blue to silver pearl. Excellent customer service. I would definitely consider shopping there again. :D

I have ordered probably 6 or 7 strollers from them and they ship pretty quickly. I did email them about an issue with one and got a fast reply - unfortunately the info the rep gave me was incorrect. So I called Maclaren to verify and they called Albees and then referred me to Frank (I think he is the Albees manager). I called him and he was AWESOME! Took care of the problem FAST. I would (and WILL) definitely order from them again!

Got a crib from them. Fast delivery and packaged really well. Price was the best too because no tax and free shipping. HTH.

Nothing but good things to say---I always got very fast shipping on the seats I ordered from Albee. And the manufacture dates were all really recent. I have ordered from them three times, never needed to email them, call them etc.
