I bought a Haiku Diaper Bag a year ago . Great bag but had some problems with the magnetic closure. Contacted Haiku through their web site. Withing 24hrs they mailed me a label to send the bag to their factory in texas (?) ...within three days I had my CLEAN (they cleaned my juice and milk stains) and FIXED diaper bag back.
