I placed on an line order for a pair of slippers with them on Jan 30. I believe the shipping time was to have been 2 to 3 business days. Well in time for Valentine's Day. After no follow up from them and not receiving the slippers for two weeks I began to email and leave messages (7 total). No reply at all. I went ahhead and bought the slippers on ebay (paying around $15 more).On Feb 18 I finally got an email saying my order was being processed. This is after I have left two messages asking to completely cxl the order. Finally get an answer on phone and they tell me they have been at a show. I am angry at this point and tell them they should not be accepting orders with a promised delivery when they are not even in town. I tell them they need to put a message on machine and a reply to website orders stating the delay. The woman who answered the phones reply? Not a "sorry for your inconvenience", just " we do a very good business here, thank you". Unbelievable. Worst service EVER.
