Finally got through to someone on the phone who explained the delay, so never mind! :)

I ordered a stroller two weeks ago and although my card has been charged, I haven't received an email w/ shipping info or tracking number (and obviously no stroller either). I tried calling their 800 number on Friday and was on hold for ages and finally just gave up. Just wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience lately.
