I purchased a child's diaper bag from Netkidswear that was advertised on their website to be of a considerably larger size than what arrived. We returned the bag, at our expense ($4.36), and expected, per the http://netkidswear.com policy that we would be reimbursed for our shipping, ONLY because it was Netkidswear's mistake.
Netkidswear never did refund the money, despite over 5 letters from the North Carolina State Attorney General's office to them. (Refer to File No. 0601362, Jane G. Feather, Investigator, Consumer Protection Specialist, State of NC, Dept. of Justice, 9001 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-9001 or http://www.ncdoj.com/consumerprotection/cp_about.jsp).
We have detailed documentation and proof (photos) of the incorrect size and Netkidswear policy, both at the time of purchase.
We would have liked the refund of the $4.36, but since this is of such low amount to make legal pursuit not-worthwhile (even as per the NC Attorney General), my husband and I would at least like to warn other consumers about the bait-and-switch tactics of Netkidswear.
