This is my first post, but I have been reading the message board for a while now. I just had a great experience with BabyCenter and had to share. I ordered two Miracle Blankets from them and within a week one was starting to pull at the seam. I emailed them to ask what I could do about this and they emailed me back telling me they had refunded my credit card for the purchase price. They also said I didn't have to return the defective item and that if I wanted to re-order, they would give me free shipping. How awesome is that?
