Their sale that they've been having was huge (when it first started), but I was only sent 5 out 11 things that I'd ordered. Nobody even contacted me about a separate order of 3 items that was cancelled because they couldn't fill it. I finally called them and found this out. I had to do two separate orders because when I called them to add to my order, they informed me that NO orders could be changed. You can't cancel your order either. I have never heard of a company that won't allow you to change or cancel an order! I will NEVER shop there again!
