Anyone have exprerience with this retailer? They had the best deal on a Mac double carry bag so I placed an order Sat. and today I read some not so nice comments about them. Thinking about cancelling my order and paying the higher price somewhere else. Thier 800# is disconnected and they have no physical address.

What happened with this? I would be nervous if they disconnected their phone!

I was nervous myself so I went ahead and cancelled my order via email. I did get a response pretty quickly confirming the cancellation.

BTW I went back to the site (after I had already placed my order) and noticed they didn't have the SSL icon on their checkout page--you know the one that indicates it is a secure site. I wouldn't have ordered in the first place if I had noticed it before.
