Bought a twin Maclaren stroller which arrived Monday that I need for a trip starting this Sunday. Stroller arrived with defective wheel. They would not send me a new one and told me " it was basic common sense" that I should only get a new wheel that I will have to attach myself. I think it is basic common sense that if you order something new it should come in new condition. They told me after asking to speak to a mgr that they would see if they could expedite the wheel from Maclaren. Of course they have not returned the call as they promised they would. Avoid at all costs!
