I wanted to post a warning about Traveling Tikes, L.A. CA. It's an online co. that sells stroller and accessories at very competative prices, often w/o CA sales tax. Their website and customer service seemed great until I needed to return something.
Two separate times, I've had nothing but headaches from Traveling Tikes. They accepted my return w/ authorization, but did not issue me full credit as promised. I finally got refunded in full after 5 weeks! Most recently, I returned an item, with written authorization, and have not been credited my $108. It's been 6 weeks now and despite telephone and email promises to the contrary, have yet to be refunded. They accepted the item, with tags still attached though. I'm now in disputing the charge with my credit card co.
So, if ordering from Traveling Tikes, choose carefully and don't take their promise of resolve.
