I've ordered parts for my Ameda PY from there on two occasions, and had no problems. The second time, the shipment apparently got lost in the mail, and they promptly shipped me another one, no questions asked.

I ordered my PY through them also (when they were still selling them on ebay, but same company) and they were great. I actually had to change the address at the last minute, and they took care of it, no problems.
