I've placed an order for holiday cards on December 4th and until now(Dec. 14th) I still have not received the cards. I've tried contacting them through email and all I get is an automated response acknowledging receipt of my email. The phone line is even worst. All I get is a busy signal. It took me almost a whole day just to get through and when I finally got through, I was on hold for half an hour! Customer Service definitely DOES NOT exist!
The worst part is when I finally got a hold of someone, they said that my card is probably lost in the mail. But online, the status still says printing. They're going to re-print everything today and let's cross our fingers we'll get it before christmas or I'll end up returning all of them!!!!
If I would have known this, I could have ordered from many other sites.
And I thought I ordered early enough!!!!
