A friend gave me a pair of bib pants from www.cushycrawlers.com that turned out to be missing a snap. I emailed Kim, the web site contact, and she emailed me right back asking for my address so she could send me a new set. It arrived a couple of days later - and she'd also included a pair of pull-on pants! (And I checked and she didn't even want me to send the original ones back!)
Oh, yeah, and the pants themselves are very nice - really soft and cozy, with cute animals. My only complaint would be that they don't come in larger sizes (9-12 month max) - but she said she was working on that too!
