REgal Lager makes Diaper Dekor, Phil and Teds, and Lascal buggy board, among other products.
I contacted the site after the foot pedal on my Diaper Dekor cracked and broke. It was more than 6 months old and outside of warranty. I was willing to buy a new foot pedal if necessary. I received a response within 20 minutes- even after I said it was more than 6 months old, they offered to send me a foot pedal free of charge.
Fantastic customer service really deserves recognition!
