Just had to do an exchange on cafepress.com for some Big Bro and Big Sis tshirts that were too small. It's a fun website with custom printed shirts, mugs, buttons, etc...
The CS rep I talked to did the exchange easily, even though I had to move up from a toddler size to a kid size, the price difference was $5 and she waived it for me. She also waived the express shipping (since the baby is due next week and I wanted the shirts before the baby came).
What a refreshing way to shop -- no hassles.
