Just received some items I ordered from disneyshopping.com and one of the items had a small defect. Still usable, but thought I'd let them know to see if they'd do anything (replace, offer discount, etc). First off they responded lightening FAST, and second they offered a replacement! What a pleasant surprise and a nice shopping experience (not to mention fun items that DC love!!!) Two thumbs up for Disney Shopping.com, I will definitely shop with them again!
