Hi everyone!

I'm pregnant with twins and "shopped around" to find the best deal on those Moonlight Slumber Mattresses everyone here is always talking about. Well I never got a tracking number from them, just an email saying they received my order, so I gave them a call and ended up having to leave a message. This was just a few days ago and I hadn't heard back so I gave them another call. To my astonishment there was a recording saying that they would not be available until Aug 5th and to not bother leaving a message...WTF?!! I took a look at my bank account and the money was withdrawn. I have no idea where these mattresses are and if they will get here before the twins. Every place I've ordered from online gives you your tracking number. Should I really have to CALL and ASK for it? And if they are on vacation (or something, I don't know for sure) your just out of luck?! In the end I can't wait until this is all over and I have the mattresses here in my home. Being pregnant with two on the way I already have enough to worry about as it is!

I would suggest that they email their customers a tracking number ASAP with their purchases (every place I've ordered from online does), all I got was an email stating that I had placed an order. Horrible CS that's for sure and I will not be ordering from them again.

I wanted to warn you of my experience and that I think the way they conduct themselves as a business IMO is very poor. You will not receive a tracking number, your money will be withdrawn and if you order during someone's vacation you will not be warned and will not be able to contact anyone. The message on the answering machine truly enraged me. Don't bother to leave a message?! They are a business and if they are not going to be available they should at the very least warn their customers, but they should really always have SOMEONE available to talk with their customers. They should never leave you "hanging". That's bad business practice IMO.

If you've had any experience with this business please post here for others to read.

Thanks!
Rebekah
