Anyone have any ideas for me? I received a side crib rail for my crib from them last week, and when I opened it, there was a chip out of the wood. I emailed them immediately (friday night), called & emailed them again on Monday, and still have not heard abck from them. I need a return code from them before they will accept the item back.
Anyone else have a similiar situation with them? Any suggestions on how to proceed? I did put it on my AMEX, and they are really good about fighting the charges, but that is last resort.
