Another carseat question; the Graco eps CarGo at Sears

I think I've finally decided on this seat. When I last looked at it, the sales lady told me that it never goes on sale due to the fact that it's a "more value item" (or called something similar.)

I'm guessing it's because it's just available at Sears (for the time being I hope) and hence they're trying to get every penny while they can.

Am I right? And will it ever turn into a "regular" item that can go on sale?

I think Sears and the Bay have certain items that they sell for lower prices or exclusive to each store. Those don't go on sale.

Have you checked other stores beside Sears for the CarGo?

I think that we're going to get a MA but may consider the CarGo with EPS for our second car. Is it available at Sears...the rep at Elfe didn't know:-( What is the cost?

Might be with Sears and Sears catalogue. Not sure about the cost though.

Yes, it's at Sears. It's also in the new Fall/Winter catalogue.

I'm pretty sure it's $169.97. The $0.97 means that it's a "more value item" from what I understand.
