I saw that it appears in the 2006 TRU/BRU baby catalog...is it now approved for use in Canada?

We've been using ours, purchased when we lived Stateside, for almost 2 years. There's a learning curve to the memory harness, but I love it. There have been complaints here about the slot height at the back, but I haven't noticed a problem with DS, and he's always been a big boy.

Yes it has for a few months now. High harness slots but still short seatback.
