Hi everybody,

Probably a goofy question, but I just wanted to check.

Babyuniverse.com has a great price on the snugseat (some of the prices up here are obscene given the exchange rate) but what do you think the chances are it would have a CSA sticker on it? I'm assuming a sungseat is a snugseat but maybe I'm wrong.

I emailed Graco but didn't get a response.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Anything bought from US sites will have the US FMVSS stickers on them. So they aren't legal to use in Canada. Canadian seats will have the CMVSS stickers on them. This sticker may be the only difference between our seats and theirs. However, some seats may actually be different.

Nope, only Canadian retailers sell the Canadian spec'd seats.

Best not to taunt yourself by looking at US car seat prices. You'll drive yourself nutty -- seats here are soooo expensive in comparison and the US has a much better selection of seats (especially for higher weight limits).

Aw, bummer. That's what I thought would be the case because the pricing seemed too good to be true...

Thanks for the replies!
