Baby Furniture Outlet store in London, ON - rude owner?!!

Just wanted to give a heads up to Canadian moms that it's probably a good idea to take in-store business elsewhere, although their website service rep was nothing but polite & friendly to me (I'm in the States). The story is here if you'd like to see, it still outrages me!

OMG! I had the a great experience with them (on-line) ordering a glider but this story is enough to make me agree with you, that I wish I'd ordered it elsewhere. All I hope is that they lost plenty of customers that day, who all went home and spread the word.

Hey Mr. Store Owner: I hope you're reading this. I hope you realize what a big audience this site has, and how you may have just mouthed yourself out of thousands of sales.

This warrants a sidebar in the next edition of the hard-cover, too, IMO.
