On Sept. 12th I ordered a replacement cover for my Britax Roundabout car seat from BabyandTeen.com. At the time of purchase I was led to believe that the item was in stock and would be shipped following their normal shipping policy. When the item had not arrived within two weeks I tried to call with no luck. I sent repeated unanswered e-mails. I finally reached someone on the phone. I was told the item has been backordered and that there were others in front of me who were also waiting. I was also told that they expected it to ship the following Wednesday. It has now been three weeks and 4 days. I still have no car seat cover and my infant has NO CAR SEAT TO USE. (outgrew the infant seat) Had I been told the item was not in stock, I would have ordered something else. I have sent another email with no reply and I have been calling and getting no answer for several days. I will never shop BabyandTeen.com again and will advise others to use great caution.
