It sounds like a lot of people have had negative experiences at the Picture People.
Now I got lucky because I found a really good branch, so no problems there. BUT the one near me is awful so I wrote to them to complain about it. They actually wrote back!
Why don't you ALL write to them and give suggestions? I know most of the time people don't bother to complain, but it sounds like they need feedback. Maybe they might do something about it if it's a large scale effort.
they'd be stupid to not respond, especially if you say that this is a public forum. just a thought.
btw, I've heard awful things about our Sears and Jcpenneys!
