STOP SPITTING OUT YOUR MEDICINE!!!

Arrrrrrrrrrgh. Okay, fair enough, it tastes nasty and her mouth hurts from having blisters all over the palate. But rant, vent, bitch, moan. It's so frustrating to give her medicine meant to help her feel better and to have her spew it all over everywhere. Grrrr. Okay. Now back to our regularly scheduled program.

Poor baby.. and poor you! Why can't they make medicine taste better. Is it possible to slyly mix it into her milk or some other beverage?

I know my pharmacy can add flavoring to certain meds- maybe yours can be made to taste better?

The poor little munchkin. I know how hard it can be to get them to take medicine (I won't go into it - I have my own "Bitching" post).

Sorry to hear Abigail not feeling well. Can you give her favorite popsicle or sherbet prior to giving the med? It temporarily numbs the taste buds so she can't taste the horrible medicine. Then give the popsicle again afterwards?
