Where the heck are my Leap Frog Legs???

I just made my 4th phone call to Leap Frog to find out why I have not received the new legs for the activity table. I requested this 2 months ago and each time I call they say they legs were shipped out and that I should receive them anyday. Now they say they are on backorder and do not know when they will be in. What happened to the legs already enroute to me???? This is so frustrating!

If it makes you feel any better, mine took over 2 months to get to me. I called a second time and she said they were on back order and I said, "for two months?"!!!! 2 days later they arrived on my doorstep so I know it was from the original order.

I guess they weren't anticipating so many people calling for replacement legs.

I hope they get to you soon. :)

I'm with ya! I called about 1 mo ago and they didn't say anything at the time about being backorderd. When I didn't get them 3 wks later I called again and was told they WERE backordered and they couldn't tell me when they would be in. Couldn't even guess or give me a ballpark. Thanks for reminding me though. I will call them again on monday.
