Companies whose phone systems send you on a continuous loop

I am so p*ssed off! I am on my 3rd IKEA store trying to find something, and each store's phone system has sent me on a continuous loop or hung up on me several times before I get through. How can this happen? Do they want business? Then I want to go off on the person who finally answers, which isn't exactly fair to them.

I am so angry!!!
